In the fall of 2004, Northwestel High Internet customers were asked to switch their email address to a new delivery platform in order to maintain uninterrupted service.
Aasman Interactive was contracted by Northwestel to enable customers to make the switch themselves online. We rapidly prototyped the technical logic and functionality, then tied it all together with a web application interface that made the process simple and straightforward.
